Carl Vasile is a joy to work with. He is professional, honest, responsive, extremely service oriented, and very knowledgeable about the local market and real estate in general. Without his counsel, guidance and patience in answering our many questions I don’t think my wife and I would have been successful in our home search. We found the perfect house thanks to Carl–and we started the search remotely, because we were living out of state. Carl sent advice, listings and other information consistently to us and then spent many days with us looking at properties when we were in New Smyrna Beach. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
